Delete your account

You can delete your PanLive account directly in the app.

1. Open PanLive and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@pan-live.com and ask us to delete your account. Include your public ID or username if known so we can identify the correct account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.

What deletion means

Deletion removes account access and app profile data. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for safety, fraud prevention, payments, or compliance.
