1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PanLive mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Live Connect ("Live Connect," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using PanLive, you agree to these Terms, the PanLive Privacy Policy, and the PanLive Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old and must meet any higher minimum age required by the laws of your country.
If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service where such permission is required.
A store content rating, including a 12+ rating where displayed, describes the type of content in the app and does not replace these account eligibility requirements.
You may not use PanLive if your use is prohibited by applicable law or if we previously disabled your account for serious or repeated violations.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need an account to use some features.
You agree to:
- provide information that is reasonably accurate for account operation;
- keep your login credentials secure;
- promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access;
- take responsibility for activity performed through your account;
- maintain only accounts you are authorized to use.
Your display name does not need to be your legal name. However, you may not impersonate another person or organization, mislead users about your identity or affiliation, or use a name that violates the Community Guidelines.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises security or violates these Terms.
4. THE PANLIVE SERVICE
PanLive provides social and live-streaming features that may include:
- user profiles;
- live video and audio streams;
- public and private chat;
- media uploads;
- comments and reactions;
- free virtual gifts;
- reporting, blocking, and moderation tools.
Features may change, be limited by region or device, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
5. USER CONTENT
"User Content" means content that users create, upload, send, broadcast, display, or otherwise provide through PanLive, including streams, video, audio, images, messages, comments, profile information, and reports.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant Live Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt for technical formatting, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide the Service;
- distribute content to the audiences you select;
- maintain technical compatibility and stream quality;
- moderate content and enforce our rules;
- protect users and the Service;
- investigate reports and comply with law.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention or use is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, enforcement, or content that other users have independently shared or retained.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or broadcast your User Content and that doing so does not violate law, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, or other rights.
6. PUBLIC CONTENT AND LIVE STREAMS
Live streams and public profile content may be viewed, captured, discussed, or reshared by other users. Do not broadcast or publish information that you expect to remain private.
You are responsible for:
- obtaining permission before filming or recording people where permission is required;
- avoiding the disclosure of private or confidential information;
- ensuring that you have rights to music, video, images, broadcasts, or other materials used in your content;
- following applicable laws while streaming.
We may end or restrict a live stream when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or user safety.
7. FREE VIRTUAL GIFTS AND REACTIONS
PanLive may allow users to send virtual gifts, reactions, badges, points, levels, or similar digital items.
At present:
- virtual gifts and reactions are provided free of charge;
- PanLive does not sell virtual gifts or virtual currency;
- these items have no cash or monetary value;
- they cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, refunded, or converted into money;
- they cannot be sold or transferred outside the features provided by PanLive;
- they do not create a financial balance, ownership interest, or right to payment.
Free virtual items are entertainment and engagement features only. We may add, modify, limit, reset, or remove them at any time.
If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms and provide any additional notices required by applicable law before those features are offered.
8. COMMUNITY RULES AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must comply with the PanLive Community Guidelines.
You may not use PanLive to:
- exploit, endanger, sexualize, or abuse minors;
- share unlawful sexual content or non-consensual intimate content;
- threaten, harass, bully, stalk, or promote hatred or violence;
- encourage self-harm or dangerous conduct;
- promote terrorism, violent extremism, or serious criminal activity;
- sell or promote illegal goods, controlled substances, or prohibited weapons;
- disclose another person's private information without authorization;
- impersonate others, commit fraud, run scams, or mislead users;
- distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized automated activity;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- interfere with the Service, bypass safeguards, or attempt unauthorized access;
- evade an enforcement action through alternate accounts;
- use gifts, reactions, or account features to deceive, manipulate, or pressure users.
This list is not exhaustive. Conduct that creates a serious safety, legal, or integrity risk may be restricted even if it is not specifically listed.
9. REPORTING, BLOCKING, AND MODERATION
PanLive provides tools to report content or accounts and to block other users.
We may review content, account activity, reports, and related information. We may take action including:
- removing or limiting content;
- ending a live stream;
- limiting messaging, streaming, or other features;
- issuing warnings;
- temporarily suspending an account;
- permanently disabling an account;
- preserving information or reporting matters where required by law.
We are not required to take a specific action in response to every report. We may consider context, severity, history, intent, risk, and available evidence.
You may contact support@pan-live.com regarding a moderation decision. We may require information needed to identify the account or decision.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, excluding User Content, is owned by or licensed to Live Connect and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Live Connect grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PanLive for lawful personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Generated avatars may use DiceBear Adventurer, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PanLive may rely on or link to third-party services such as authentication, hosting, streaming infrastructure, analytics, notifications, or external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Live Connect is not responsible for independent third-party services that it does not control.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but PanLive may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or affected by maintenance, network conditions, device limitations, security events, or third-party systems.
We may:
- update or modify features;
- impose reasonable usage or technical limits;
- suspend parts of the Service for maintenance or safety;
- discontinue features or the Service.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes, but emergency, security, or legal changes may occur without advance notice.
13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND DELETION
You may stop using PanLive at any time and may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting support@pan-live.com.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
- your account presents a security, legal, or safety risk;
- your conduct harms users, third parties, or the Service;
- suspension is required by law or a valid legal request;
- the account is inactive for an extended period, subject to any required notice.
After deletion or termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue where their nature requires it, including ownership, licenses needed for retained copies, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of information are described in the PanLive Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.
15. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- every stream or message will be delivered without delay;
- user content will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate;
- content or data will never be lost;
- PanLive will meet every user's individual expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live Connect and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
17. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for your use of PanLive, your User Content, and your compliance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
18. GOVERNING RULES AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections available in their country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact support@pan-live.com so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
You may also have the right to use courts, consumer-protection bodies, regulators, or alternative dispute-resolution services available under applicable law.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements change.
We will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice for material changes. If applicable law requires consent to an update, we will request it.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
