1. OUR COMMUNITY
PanLive is a social live-streaming community. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed in profiles, live streams, chats, private messages, uploaded media, comments, reactions, and other activity on PanLive.
By using PanLive, you agree to follow these Guidelines, the PanLive Terms of Service, and applicable law.
These Guidelines apply to everyone. Context matters, but safety comes first.
2. AGE AND YOUTH SAFETY
PanLive is not intended for children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by local law.
A 12+ store content rating, where displayed, describes the app's content category. It does not replace the account age requirement in the Terms of Service.
Never:
- sexualize, exploit, groom, threaten, or endanger a minor;
- request, share, or offer sexual content involving a minor;
- encourage minors to reveal private contact, school, location, or identification information;
- use PanLive to arrange exploitative or unsafe contact with a minor;
- depict or promote child abuse.
We may immediately remove content, end streams, disable accounts, preserve relevant information, and report matters to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required.
3. NUDITY AND SEXUAL CONTENT
Do not post, send, or broadcast:
- explicit sexual activity;
- visible genitals or explicit nudity;
- sexual services, solicitation, or exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate content;
- sexualized content involving or appearing to involve minors;
- covertly captured intimate content;
- sexual harassment or unwanted sexual messages.
Limited non-sexual contexts may be reviewed individually, such as health, educational, documentary, artistic, or newsworthy material, but context does not permit exploitation or illegal content.
4. HARASSMENT, BULLYING, AND THREATS
Do not:
- threaten violence or serious harm;
- repeatedly target, intimidate, humiliate, or stalk another person;
- encourage others to harass or mass-report someone;
- make unwanted sexual remarks or advances;
- celebrate or encourage abuse;
- target a person because of a protected characteristic;
- reveal private information to intimidate or punish someone.
Disagreement and criticism are allowed. Abuse and targeted harassment are not.
5. HATEFUL CONDUCT
Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, or promote hatred or violence against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or similar protected status.
Content supporting violent extremist or hateful organizations is not allowed.
6. VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS ACTS
Do not:
- threaten, encourage, or glorify serious violence;
- broadcast graphic violence primarily to shock or celebrate harm;
- organize violent attacks or criminal activity;
- encourage dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury;
- stream while driving or operating equipment in an unsafe way;
- interfere with emergency services;
- instruct users to create or use weapons for unlawful harm.
Documentary, educational, or newsworthy context may be considered, but content that creates an immediate safety risk may be removed or interrupted.
7. SELF-HARM AND SUICIDE
Do not encourage, instruct, pressure, or celebrate suicide, self-harm, or eating-disorder behavior.
Supportive discussion and recovery-focused content are allowed when they do not provide dangerous instructions or glorify harm.
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. PanLive is not an emergency or crisis service.
8. ILLEGAL AND REGULATED ACTIVITY
Do not use PanLive to:
- buy, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal drugs;
- trade prohibited weapons or other illegal goods;
- organize fraud, theft, exploitation, trafficking, or other serious crime;
- promote terrorism or violent extremism;
- share instructions primarily intended to enable serious unlawful harm;
- facilitate illegal gambling or financial scams.
Lawful discussion, education, and news reporting may be allowed where it does not facilitate wrongdoing.
9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Respect other people's privacy.
Do not share another person's private information without authorization, including:
- home address or precise real-time location;
- private phone number or email;
- passwords, authentication codes, or financial details;
- identity documents;
- confidential medical, employment, or family information;
- private images, recordings, or messages obtained without permission.
Do not secretly film or broadcast people in places where they reasonably expect privacy. Obtain consent where required.
Remember that public streams can be viewed or captured by others. Avoid revealing information that could put you or someone else at risk.
10. IMPERSONATION, FRAUD, AND DECEPTION
Do not:
- impersonate another person, business, public body, or organization;
- create misleading accounts intended to deceive;
- run scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or fraudulent promotions;
- request passwords, verification codes, or financial information;
- misrepresent a relationship with PanLive or Live Connect;
- manipulate users through false claims about gifts, status, or rewards.
Parody, fan, and commentary accounts should be clearly identifiable and must not mislead users.
11. SPAM AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION
Do not:
- send repeated unwanted messages or promotional content;
- use bots, scripts, or automation without authorization;
- artificially inflate views, follows, reactions, reports, or engagement;
- coordinate false reports or deceptive engagement;
- distribute malware or suspicious links;
- evade enforcement by creating replacement accounts;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, safeguards, or access controls.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Only share or broadcast content that you own or are authorized to use.
Do not:
- rebroadcast television, sports, films, music, or other protected content without permission;
- upload copied media without authorization;
- misuse trademarks or branding in a deceptive way;
- remove ownership or rights-management information.
Rightsholders may report suspected infringement to support@pan-live.com. Include enough information to identify the work, the reported content, and your authority to submit the request.
13. LIVE-STREAMING RESPONSIBILITIES
Hosts are responsible for what appears and is heard in their streams.
Hosts should:
- end or redirect a stream if unsafe or prohibited conduct occurs;
- avoid broadcasting private information;
- obtain permission from people who are prominently featured where required;
- use only content and music they are allowed to broadcast;
- follow moderator instructions and applicable local law.
We may end a live stream without advance warning when immediate action is reasonably necessary.
14. MESSAGES AND PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS
Private messages must follow the same rules as public content.
Do not use private messaging for:
- harassment or threats;
- sexual exploitation or grooming;
- spam or scams;
- sharing illegal content;
- evading a block or moderation restriction.
Users can block and report accounts. We may review reported messages and related information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. FREE GIFTS AND REACTIONS
PanLive gifts, reactions, badges, levels, and similar items are free entertainment features.
They:
- are not sold by PanLive;
- have no cash value;
- cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for money;
- do not represent payment, income, ownership, or a financial balance.
Do not falsely claim that a free gift entitles a user to money, services, access, or a prize. Do not pressure, threaten, or deceive users into sending gifts or reactions.
16. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Use PanLive's in-app reporting tools to report a user, live stream, message, or other content.
Reports should be made honestly. Knowingly false, abusive, or coordinated reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.
For support or matters that cannot be reported in the app, contact support@pan-live.com.
If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services first.
17. ENFORCEMENT
Depending on severity, context, risk, and account history, PanLive may:
- remove or limit content;
- interrupt or end a live stream;
- issue a warning;
- restrict messaging, streaming, or other features;
- limit content visibility;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently disable an account;
- preserve relevant information or report matters where required by law.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent removal. Repeated violations may lead to stronger action.
PanLive may consider public-interest, educational, documentary, artistic, or newsworthy context, but such context does not excuse exploitation, immediate danger, or illegal content.
18. APPEALS
To ask us to review an enforcement decision, contact support@pan-live.com and provide:
- your account identifier;
- a brief explanation;
- any relevant context or evidence.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal. We may decline repeated, abusive, or unsupported requests.
19. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
We may update these Guidelines as PanLive develops or as safety and legal requirements change.
The latest version will show the date of the most recent update. Continued use of PanLive means you agree to follow the current Guidelines.
